A Lusaka address is a plot number on a named road in a named suburb: "Plot 33 Chindo Rd, Kabulonga", usually with a landmark and always with a phone number. Outside the main suburbs the plot numbering thins and the landmark carries more of the weight. Can it handle deliveries between Lusaka and the Copperbelt?
Yes. A long domestic leg is dispatched and tracked like any other delivery, stays visible on the board while it runs, and the customer gets the same tracking link. Nothing needs a separate setup for intercity work.
Is pricing in kwacha?
Yes. Zambian plans are priced and charged in kwacha and shown in full in the pricing section of this page. Pay-as-you-go has no monthly fee and charges per delivered order; Starter is the first monthly tier.
How is cash on delivery handled on a multi day route?
Each collection is recorded against its own order at the moment of handoff, so a rider on a route lasting several days is accounted for delivery by delivery rather than by one figure at the end. What you get is the record. The cash stays with your business, and Trackboria neither holds it nor moves it.
Do I need one account per city?
No. One workspace covers Lusaka, Kitwe, Ndola, Livingstone and anywhere else you deliver, with riders, orders and customers shared across all of them and reports readable per city.
