Accra merchants lose more deliveries to a wrong turn than to a wrong price. The city grew faster than its street signs, so the address a customer sends is a mix of a digital address code, a neighbourhood, and a landmark that only helps if the rider already knows the area. Trackboria treats that as the normal case: the address arrives as the customer wrote it, the rider gets the customer phone number on the delivery, and the merchant can see on a map whether the rider is where the parcel is supposed to be going.
Ghanaian orders split between cedis collected at the door and payment links sent ahead. Both end up in the same record. What a merchant gets at the end of a day in Accra, Kumasi, Tamale or Takoradi is one list of what was delivered, what was collected in cedis, and what is still out, instead of a rider WhatsApp thread and a notebook that disagree.

How Ghanaian addresses actually arrive
Ghana has a national digital addressing scheme, and plenty of customers send the code. Plenty of others send "12 Lagos Avenue, East Legon, the cream house after the junction", and a few send both. Trackboria does not require one format over the other. Whatever the customer sent is what the rider sees, the phone number travels with it, and the pair is saved to the customer record so a repeat buyer in East Legon never has to type it again.

Which Ghanaian cities does it cover?
Anywhere you deliver in Ghana. Accra, Kumasi, Tamale and Takoradi are named here because they are the usual dispatch points, but coverage is not a city list: it follows your riders. One account runs all of them, with reporting you can read per city.
Can I take cash on delivery in cedis?
Yes. Collection is recorded in cedis against the order at handoff, so the day sheet and the cash in hand can be checked against each other rather than reconciled from memory. Trackboria records the collection. It does not hold the money, and it is not a payment processor.
How much does it cost in Ghana?
Pricing is set and charged in cedis and shown in full in the pricing section of this page. Pay-as-you-go carries no monthly fee and bills per delivered order, which is usually the cheaper start for a merchant running a handful of orders a week. Monthly plans begin at Starter.
Does the customer get a tracking link?
Yes, on every order, on every plan. It is a page you can paste straight back into the WhatsApp or Instagram thread the order came from, showing the delivery status and the rider on a map while it is moving.
