Kigali is the easiest city on this list to deliver in and the easiest to get complacent about. The streets are coded and signposted, the traffic is light by regional standards, and a rider who knows the numbering finds an address first time. Can I sign up from Rwanda without talking to sales?
Yes. You create the account, add your riders and start dispatching, with no sales call in between. Pricing is set and charged in Rwandan francs and shown in full on this page.
Does it work in Huye, Rubavu and Musanze?
Yes, on the same account as Kigali. There is nothing to enable per city. Rider tracking follows the rider phone, so coverage is wherever your riders ride.
What about shipments leaving Rwanda?
Cross-border shipments run as multi-leg journeys on the plans that include cross-border, with the shipment documents kept in one place and handovers recorded between legs. Trackboria coordinates the shipment and holds the documents. The declaration is filed by the merchant, the appointed customs broker, or the carrier acting as declarant, and duty and tax figures are estimates until the customs authority sets the final amount.
Is there a mobile app for riders?
Yes. Riders get their assigned deliveries, navigation to the drop, proof of delivery and cash collection recording on their own phone, and it keeps working through a gap in signal, syncing when the connection returns.
