How Egyptian addresses actually arrive
Cairo addresses in the planned districts are numeric and precise: "12 Road 9, Maadi", a building, a floor, an apartment. In older and denser districts the same address becomes a street name and a landmark, and the building number stops helping. Both arrive as free text and both are kept as the customer wrote them, in Arabic script or Latin, with the phone number attached to the delivery and saved to the customer record.

Is pricing in Egyptian pounds?
Yes. Egyptian plans are priced and charged in Egyptian pounds and shown in full in the pricing section of this page. Pay-as-you-go charges per delivered order with no monthly fee, and Starter is the first monthly plan with orders included.
Can I run high daily volumes?
Yes. Orders can be created one at a time, pasted from a chat message, imported as a CSV in bulk, or pushed in from a connected store on the plans that include store connections. They all land in the same queue with the same tracking and the same reports.
How is cash on delivery recorded?
In Egyptian pounds, against the specific order, at the moment of handoff, so the total a rider hands in can be checked against the deliveries they completed. Trackboria keeps the record. It is not a bank or a payment processor and does not hold your money.
Does it work outside Cairo?
Yes. Alexandria, Giza, Port Said and anywhere else your riders deliver run on the same account, with no separate setup per city and reporting you can read city by city.
