Does it cover upcountry deliveries?
Yes. Gulu, Mbarara, Entebbe and anywhere else your riders go run on the same account as Kampala. A long run is dispatched and tracked the same way as a city drop, and the customer gets the same tracking link.
Can I record cash on delivery in Ugandan shillings?
Yes. Collection is recorded in shillings against the specific order at handoff, so the money in a rider hand can be checked against the deliveries they completed. Trackboria records it and does not hold it.
What does it cost in Uganda?
Pricing is set and charged in Ugandan shillings and shown in full in the pricing section on this page. Pay-as-you-go charges per delivered order with no monthly fee, which suits a merchant whose volume moves month to month. Starter is the first monthly plan.
Does the rider app work with poor signal?
Yes. The rider app holds the delivery, the proof of delivery and the cash record on the phone when the connection drops, and syncs when it returns, so a run through an area with no coverage does not lose the record of what happened.
