Nothing upfront. You start on pay-as-you-go with no monthly fee and no card required, and pay a flat rate per order. As your volume grows, you can move to a monthly plan with a lower effective per-order rate. Pricing shows in your local currency once you select your country.
Every cash collection is tied to the delivery it belongs to. Your rider confirms the handoff with a one-time code, and the cash status is attached to the order automatically, so your finance team always has a clean, real-time audit trail instead of chasing riders by phone.
You connect your settlement bank account once during setup. Card and online payments are split to your account through our payment partner, and cash-on-delivery collections are reconciled against each delivery and remitted to you in clear batches, with every figure traceable to the order it came from.
Yes. Customer names, addresses, and phone numbers stay inside your workspace and are visible only to the team members you authorise. Access is role-based, sessions are secured, and proof-of-delivery media is kept behind private access controls. Our Terms and Privacy Policy set out the full detail.
